For more than 22 years my dad has been an important member of the trumpet section of the Northwinds Concert Band. Yesterday was his last concert. He's decided to hang up his hat and retire from this organization. He went out on a high note (musicians' pun!), the concert was one of the group's very best. Their final piece, Patrick Doyle's Henry V was phenomenal.
